I just wanted to share with you that Fifty Sides of The Beach Boys has won a bronze medal at the Independent Publisher Book Awards, to be handed out in New York on May 29. I want to thank people on this board for their support, their informative posts, and for their direct and indirect help in putting the book together. Gotta say, the generosity of offering a digital version FOC to those who've bought the paper version is to be applauded. Ingenious. I turn to it every time I'm at the Doc's (cos the reading material on offer there is either depressing stuff about bowel cancer, trying to quit or having a baby!) and enjoy re-reading chapter after chapter. I must confess I'm a notoriously flighty reader with multiple books on the go at once so I'm still only 2/3rds of the way through - It's perfect for reading on the go so hopefully will finish it now!
