Title: Singles that are musical siblings Post by: harrisonjon on December 16, 2012, 05:49:59 AM I've often thought of WIBN as being a sibling of California Girls, maybe more sophisticated and with a higher IQ (because it was born later). There seems a natural progression there in form and sound. The Little Girl I Once Knew is less of a sibling to WIBN but is more akin to other Pet Sounds tracks.

But I guess we could relate a lot of songs with each other. For some reason I also relate Girl Don't Tell Me and You're So Good To Me.

They both exude a kind of homemade quality -- humble, hopelessly naive and goofy giddy fun.
