While I'm not an OSU football fan, the OSU Marching Band did a tribute to The Beach Boys at the 9/1/12 football game. Everyone's been too enamored with the video game tribute from the Nebraska game to share the Beach Boys tribute video again. That April Fool's prank about Brian dotting the i sprang from hopeful rumors about the halftime show, but even with no Beach Boys there it was still a great halftime show.

I always felt that SMiLE would make for some great marching band music. Think about it: opening with the brass section performing "Our Prayer". And songs like "Cabinessence" and "Mrs. O'Leary's Cow" would light up the field. Close it with some "Good Vibrations" and you have a most excellent halftime show.
