The press articles only reproduce the words from the promoter, but in the previous press of the concert were mentioned the absence of Brian, Al and David in Chile and the success of the 50th Anniversary Tour, many people showed confusion and lack of interest to see an 'alternative' lineup of the Beach Boys (in facebook and comments of the newspapers websites). When a show is cancelled in the region, one common excuse is 'logistical problems'. I know one who wanted to see the Beach Boys very much and was so disappointed when I told him that the show in Chile was a Mike&Bruce concert. As mentioned before, even before the first reunion show I said that I could see problems of that kind coming up. Interesting to see what this will turn into.
