Title: Re: eil.com Post by: Ken.W on April 18, 2006, 01:33:48 PM No, it's not just you. I deal with eil.com quite often .. they are a little bit pricier than most, but I've managed to get hold of some great stuff on there 8)
Title: Re: eil.com Post by: punkinhead on April 18, 2006, 02:30:34 PM i was thinking the same thing, how are things sold on here? like is it auction or antique store like? how are their objects obtained? are they stocked and re-issues?
Title: Re: eil.com Post by: Ken.W on April 19, 2006, 12:18:33 AM It's just like an online store with a huge amount of stock. They use specialist collectors shops within their own site, btw.
The best thing is to have a good mooch around, it's suprising what you'll find 8) Title: Re: eil.com Post by: mistermono on April 19, 2006, 06:52:28 AM eil.com is annoying. They list hundreds of records at a time on Ebay at hugely inflated prices. I find myself scrolling through page after page of their listings when searching for Beatles LPs. It's the auction site equivalent of spam.
Title: Re: eil.com Post by: Ken.W on April 19, 2006, 11:58:08 AM You've always got the choice to not buy them, but if there's that certain special something that you can't find anywhere else .. they'll more than likely have it.
