Exciting stuff...I'm definitely picking it up.

There's no doubt the audio has been overdubbed and re-looped to death though.  That's just how Jimmy works.  So, Beach Boys fans shouldn't feel alone that their favorite band can't leave a live audio/video presentation without tampering with it in the studio later.

I have to admit, I've talked a LOT of sh*t about Robert Plantt over the years, I can't stand the guy, mainly because of his refusal to do anything Led Zeppelin.  It's like he turned into an old woman about 20 years ago.

With that said, though, the way he can pretty much at will, at 60 years old, sound exactly like he sounded back in the day is undeniably one of the coolest things I've ever heard.  The guy is genetically gifted.  He went from great to sh*t back to great again.

No doubt the band lowering most of the songs a full step down has made it easier for Plant to sound like his younger self!  Some of the songs sound downright weird after their key change...

Obviously they need to hire Jef Foskett.

I'm pretty sure most live albums have their share of studio touch-ups.  Hell, McCartney's Good Evening New York City live album was a lesson in dreadful use of pitch correction.

Putting that all aside, this is looking pretty sweet.  I've been on a Led Zeppelin kick as of late and was wondering when they'd finally release their reunion concert.  2012 has been a pretty lousy year for many reasons, but musically speaking, it has definitely kicked some serious ass.

Just relistened to the studio version of Kashmir first time in a long while, what a fantastic song it is. BUT hey, there is MOOG in there! My ears are keenly listening for it in any song, prob because I overdose on Love You everyday....

No Moog in there. But there is mellotron.
