I think you might have the date a bit off by 2 months.

Great show!  Here's a review from the South China Morning Post:

Fun, fun, fun as Beach Boys turn back clock

Aug 26, 2012

Beach Boys
Hong Kong Convention and

Exhibition Centre

Last night

The concert was scheduled to begin at 8pm, and with around 50 songs to get through, marking 50 years of the Beach Boys, it needed to start on time.

At 8.15pm a decision was taken that the latecomers had held things up long enough, and with the house lights still up the drummer started the intro to an appropriate opener, Do It Again.

The Beach Boys are still definitively the sound of summer.

The line-up which played the HKCEC last night includes all the surviving full members of the band from their 1960s heyday. Dennis and Carl Wilson died in 1983 and 1998 respectively.

Although not strictly chronological in presentation, the concert took in the best-known tunes from most eras of the band's career. It went from the early surf and hot rod anthems on to the more sophisticated music Brian Wilson later created in the studio, and which for years the band found it impossible to convincingly recreate on the road.

No longer. The combination of much advanced musical technology, and a band of highly competent back-up musicians, left the Beach Boys - with the exception of guitarist David Marks - with a light instrumental load to carry, and free to concentrate on the band's trademark close harmonies.

They had some help in that department too. All the players in the backing group also sing.

Several of them also feature in Brian Wilson's touring band, and give a contemporary feel to the vintage repertoire.

All their biggest hits - I Get Around, California Girls, Good Vibrations, God Only Knows, Heroes and Villains and many more were played, alongside some much less obvious material which helped to mitigate the impression they were going out as their own tribute band. They have a new album out, That's Why God Made The Radio, but dipped into it only sparingly, playing the title track, which is also the lead single, and Isn't It Time, the second single due for release shortly.

Each member got his moment in the spotlight as a lead singer - Bruce Johnston particularly effectively on his own Disney Girls - although Mike Love took the lion's share of the leads.

Darlin', originally sung by Carl Wilson, went to keyboard player Darian Sahanaja.

The "Boys" are now all in their late sixties or early seventies - except for Marks who is the baby of the band at 63 - and their harmonies are perhaps now wonderful for their age, rather than just plain wonderful.

But since all the supporting musicians also sing, even the most complex of their vocal arrangements can be convincingly recreated.

Nevertheless when Brian Wilson's voice was heard in isolation it sounded badly strained.

Having closed the set with Surfin' USA they came back for encores beginning with their last big hit single, Kokomo, from 1988, followed by an exuberant Barbara Ann, and finally Fun Fun Fun. On the whole it had been.

Easily the best set list since the US leg of the tour. Hopefully the folks in Australia will get to enjoy some of the same.
