The press release above tells the story. A Professor Hollinden at Indiana University, who previously has offered courses focusing solely on Hendrix and Zappa (and one about the BBs, Beefheart and the Residents), is marking the 50th this fall with a course devoted completely to the guys. Maybe Mike and Bruce can work in a guest lecture in between gigs at those Ohio River casinos - they're only about a two-hour drive from IU. Title: Re: Study The Beach Boys In Hoosierland! But the BBs call for more than that. Let these students conclude their studies with a good, healthy, bracing Dennis-style streak around campus....followed by a quick "chicken."
