Title: What book would be best for a SMiLE Newcomer Post by: FatherOfTheMan Sr101 on June 30, 2012, 10:12:18 AM I brought my friend along to the Saratoga Beach Boys concert, and he said he finally understands why I love them so much.
He want's to borrow one of my books on them, specifically SMiLE, but also including a bit of overall knowledge. Maybe "Lost Masterpiece"? or LLVS? What book would be the easiest for him to approach? Title: Re: What book would be best for a SMiLE Newcomer Post by: Malc on June 30, 2012, 10:18:18 AM IMHO - let him see one of the DVD's to start him off - "Endless Harmony" or "Beautiful Dreamer" for starters, then throw the heavyweight stuff at him :smokin
