four story elevator wine cellar and tasting room :p All This Is That (http://i45.tinypic.com/dzh7hg.jpg) Call now - because midnight's another day. Title: Re: A Timeshare Opportunity Post by: KittyKat on June 24, 2012, 12:21:11 PM Maybe he has the same real estate agent at Brian Wilson. Brian's two houses haven't been selling either after being on the market for over two years. So much for real estate being a good investment. I'm sure it was when Brian and Mike bought all those houses.

Title: Re: A Timeshare Opportunity Post by: Doo Dah on June 24, 2012, 12:49:09 PM The big ticket properties have all been affected by the credit squeeze.
Nice house, but the thought of elevators in a home strikes me as bizarre to say the least. Too bad we never had an indepth interview of Mike down there in the wine tasting room. "In this interview, Mike Love shares his abiding love of fun, fun, fun and a rich, fruity cabernet" Title: Re: A Timeshare Opportunity Post by: KittyKat on June 24, 2012, 12:53:51 PM Some magnate put a $79 million estate for sale in Pebble Beach in the last few weeks. Mike's agent may have noticed that and put Mike's house on reduced price because it sure looks like a bargain next to a house that cost $79 million.
An elevator comes in handy if you have a four story house and kids to run after. Now that Mike is in his senior years, an elevator may come in handy, too. I think as an agent, if she still is, and the houses are in her market, she'd stand to do very well if she sold any of their properties. And isn't that what selling is all about? Title: Re: A Timeshare Opportunity Post by: guitarfool2002 on June 24, 2012, 02:22:02 PM I'm disappointed there was no mention of a climate-controlled, walk-in hat closet.

Title: Re: A Timeshare Opportunity Post by: Doo Dah on June 24, 2012, 02:26:14 PM You know, livin' next to Pebble Beach...if you got $ and you love to golf, that's particularly nirvana.
I have never heard of any of the band being fans of the greens, and heck Mike's on the road to such a great extent it almost seems as if it was more of an investment than a place to live. If you really want to get to know someone, take in nine innings of a ball game or play a round of golf. Especially golf. You'll see all facets of their personality! :smokin Title: Re: A Timeshare Opportunity Post by: bgas on June 24, 2012, 03:34:58 PM I'm disappointed there was no mention of a climate-controlled, walk-in hat closet. A hat closet, you kill me! Why is it whenever a BB property comes up some wonder why Marilyn is not selling it? A simple google search shows a 5 hour 53 minute drive from LA to Pebble Beach or is there another PB I have never heard of? Yet it was mentioned when the local paper covered the BB reunion gig when they played a venue near that area. I respect their privacy but am not sure why the paper mentioned it. Title: Re: A Timeshare Opportunity Post by: Aegir on June 24, 2012, 10:38:45 PM yeah they have a home in San Diego, it's where Ambha goes to high school. i think it's funny they said their kids were out of school, she has another year to go at least.
