Title: "Mr.Trololo" dies at 77 Post by: PhilCohen on June 04, 2012, 02:49:32 PM At one point(not so long ago) people on this forum(attempting to mock my views) posted a link to a "YouTube" video, showing a gleeful Soviet singer performing a song with nonsense lyrics. As it so happened, the original lyric offended Soviet censors, so singer Eduard Khil and the song's composer came up with the idea of having Khil sing nonsense syllables. People who have posted the clip on the internet have titled the song "Trololo". Mr.Khil faded to obscurity over 30 years ago, but today, Mr.Khil passed away after suffering brain damage from a stroke. He was 77 years old, and had recently become aware that his performance had become a YouTube sensation.
