I don't know if they're registered on Nielsen Soundscan, plus of course the CD sold through them was a double pack, so may count differently. Even if they do, those QVC sales won't make a huge difference -- I just did a quick google and Barry Manilow managed to sell three times as many copies of one of his albums through QVC and only got to number two. Looking at recent number one albums, they tend to be selling at least one or two hundred thousand copies in their week of release, and I don't see the Beach Boys album doing that. However it does, it's time to stop pointing at the label every time a new BB/BW album comes out and it does not hit big. Selling and distributing music is these people's job.
