My votes: anyone whose music is more than a couple decades old and is still played regularly, with a particular emphasis on those whose music is more than a century old. Their music does have a noticeably different sound than anything made today. But I'd definitely say Pet Sounds of course. And probably Rubber Soul. I can't say that any band is universally timeless, because that wouldn't be true.

It's not so much things sounding different in terms of production, sound quality, etc. but more to do with the actual songwriting. LMAO (laughing mayonnaise at ostriches)
