Really, he's been sitting on money-generating publishing rights for over 30 years and he's made plenty of records in that time. I think it's more human nature to do work because you enjoy it - we are taught very early on though that such a thing is inconceivable.

Sean is of course very close with his mother who essentially (and rightfully so) has all John's money, so Sean is filthy rich.
I think it's a good idea if they want to do it... they've been living with this huge cloud over their head their entire lives, to NOT try to make an album or something would take more mental effort than to try it since they're all talented musicians in their own right. There's no reason they shouldn't, if they all get along and are down with it. Why not? Personally though I hope they keep it light and don't try to change the world with it. Would I listen to a pop song the Beatle's 20something kids made? If by talent you mean FM radio appeal, then yes. Sean's music is more thoughtful, I think. More interesting musically. And probably they wouldn't want to. They'd go for another name that somehow refers to their fathers, like The Walruses. Or something.
