Title: Fantasy Setlist Concert Audio
Post by: sheknowsmetoowell on January 28, 2012, 07:43:33 PM
I've made two fantasy concerts on YouTube with setlists based on two different eras in the BB's career. There's track-listings in each of the descriptions.

The first is in Boston on their fifth annual Thanksgiving Tour in November 1967.

And the second is at Colby College - Maine in May 1973.

Although these are only "make-believe" concerts, it's still fun to imagine that they had really happened. Don't hassle me about Bruce performing in 1973 haha.

I dig Brian when he yells at the audience during God Only Knows from the Lei'd in Hawaii recording.

Is possible they might release a fake concert mixed with the better live recordings from Hawaii and the rehearsals found on Box set, Endless harmony and Hawthorne? Just add some live overdubs over Surfer Girl, GOK, GV, California Girls, Help You Rhonda?

I figure that could be awesome!

I do LOVE them and Thank God I have unlimited data, because I am now listening in the car to them!

That is not exactly the Boston set list. (saw that show) No matter. Stunning Surf's Up with Carl's enchanting lead...

Wondered about Disney Girls and the "window" it could have been...saw them at Boston College in late March of 1972... ;)

They are awesome for me to listen to!
