EDIT: Well I guess since everyone else is, I'll do their discography too!
Surfin Safari- County Fair
Surfin USA - Misirlou
Surfer Girl - The Surfer Moon
Little Deuce Coupe - Be True To Your School
Shut Down Vol. 2 - Pom Pom Play Girl
All Summer Long - Drive In
Today - In The Back Of My Mind
Summer Days - The Girl From New York City
Party! - ??? i don't really think anything on it is very spectacular other than Barbara Ann. Maybe one of the Beatles covers.
Pet Sounds - Here Today
Smiley Smile - Gettin Hungry
Wild Honey - A Thing Or Two
Friends - Friends (tho i've not really listened to it enough or talked about what other people think about it)
20/20 - i've never listened to it all the way through
Sunflower - Tears in the Morning
Surf's Up - Lookin At Tomorrow
So Tough - Marcella
Holland - Steamboat
Love You - Let's Put Our Hearts Together (probably one of their all time most underrated)
MIU - Winds Of Change
LA - Here Comes The Night (tho it is WAY too long, i like the kinda remix feel of it)

After that i haven't even heard anything except the self titled and kokomo, each of which i think are bad and overrated respectively

Not only will I take the bite, I'll cover the whole spectrum:

Surfin' Safari = Cuckoo Clock
Surfin' USA = Let's Go Trippin'
Surfer Girl = Surfer Moon
Little Deuce Coupe = Spirit Of America
Shut Down Volume 2 = In The Parkin' Lot
All Summer Long = "Hushabye"
The Beach Boys' Christmas Album = We Three Kings Of Orient Are
Beach Boys' Concert = The Wanderer
The Beach Boys Today! = In The Back Of My Mind
Summer Days (And Summer Nights!!) = Girl Don't Tell Me
Beach Boys' Party! = You've Got To Hide Your Love Away
Pet Sounds = Don't Talk (Put Your Head On My Shoulder)
Smiley Smile = With Me Tonight
Wild Honey = Let The Wind Blow
Friends = Be Here In The Morning
20/20 = Be With Me
Sunflower = Got To Know The Woman
Surf's Up = Feel Flows
Carl & The Passions - So Tough = Cuddle Up
Holland = Only With You
The Beach Boys In Concert = Leaving This Town
15 Big Ones = Had To Phone Ya
Beach Boys '69 (Live In London) = Wake The World
The Beach Boys Love You = Airplane
M.I.U. Album = My Diane
L.A. Light Album = Full Sail
Keepin' The Summer Alive = Livin' With A Heartache

Sorry, can't go past that as I don't much care for the vast majority of their material after that era. I do think that "Chasin' The Sky" is under-rated.

Most underrated song on Sunflower has to be either "Our Sweet Love" or "At My Window".

Come on SMILE, absolutely agree about "Let's Put Our Hearts Together"!

I agree, probably my favorite Al song and a genuine highlight among the non-BW songs on Surf's Up.

Right...

STUDIO SESSIONS 61-62: What Is A Young Girl Made Of

SURFIN SAFARI: Little Miss America

SURFIN USA: Noble Surfer

SURFER GIRL: The Rocking Surfer

LITTLE DEUCE COUPE: No-Go Showboat

SHUT DOWN VOL 2: In The Parkin' Lot

ALL SUMMER LONG: We'll Run Away

XMAS ALBUM: Merry Christmas Baby

TODAY!: She Knows Me Too Well (the best of the side 2 ballads)

SUMMER DAYS...: The Girl From New York City

PET SOUNDS: Here Today

SMiLE: Fire

SMILEY SMILE: She's Goin' Bald

WILD HONEY: Here Comes The Night

FRIENDS: Be Here In The Mornin'

20/20: Never Learn Not To Love

SUNFLOWER: It's About Time

SURF'S UP: Lookin' At Tomorrow

CARL & THE PASSIONS: Make It Good

HOLLAND: Steamboat

15 BIG ONES: In The Still Of The Night

LOVE YOU: Johnny Carson

MIU: Pitter Patter

LA LIGHT ALBUM: Full Sail

KEEPIN' THE SUMMER ALIVE: Living With A Heartache

THE BEACH BOYS: Where I Belong (perhaps the most under-rated song in their entire catalogue, in terms of how good it is and how little it's talked about/well it's regarded)

STILL CRUSIN': erm...

SIP: er....

STARS AND STRIPES: oh god....

THAT'S WHY GOD MADE THE RADIO: well, the good tracks all seem to getting the praise they deserve, and the bad tracks i dislike, so can't really pick one from this album. Perhaps the opening track needs a bit more attention. Their best opener since Good Timin'.

At first I wasn't sure whether to focus on underrated by the general public or underrated among die-hards.  I'm sticking with the latter because, realistically, if you're not a die-hard you won't even know all the songs.

Surfin' Safari: Cuckoo Clock

Nothing on this album wows but this one is the most unique in being an original sung by Brian and being a change of pace from the surf rock sound.  Surfin' Safari and 409 get the most attention, and I'm not fond of either.

Surfin' USA: Lana

Surfin' USA and Shut Down are well-known, and Farmer's Daughter and Lonely Sea usually get the artistic credit.  This is really the only other track that interests me with a nice Brian lead.

Surfer Girl: The Surfer Moon

Took me a bit to get used to the orchestral backing track, but I think it emerges as a gorgeous track.  Maybe not on the level of the comparable Your Summer Dream, but this one doesn't mentioned nearly as often.

Little Deuce Coupe: Ballad of Ole' Betsy

It was between this and Car Crazy Cutie.  Great vocals on this one and I get a kick out of picturing the song being about a woman rather than a car.

Shut Down Volume 2: This Car of Mine

Nice to hear Dennis sing lead on this one and there's just the slightest hint of melancholy in this one that props it above most non-single car songs.

All Summer Long: Hushabye

Perhaps because it's a cover, I don't see this one talked about too much.  Top notch production and vocals.

The Beach Boys' Christmas Album: Blue Christmas

It should be clear by now that I'm a sucker for Brian leads.  I think I like this version better than Elvis'.

The Beach Boys Today!: I'm So Young

If only because most of the gorgeous side two ballads are so highly regarded.  Brian powering through this again in a great doo-wop cover.

Summer Days (And Summer Nights!): Then I Kissed Her

Strange to pick a concert staple and a modest hit, but Al's vocal is fantastic and I'd say it's not just a good cover but a great one.

Beach Boys' Party: Devoted to You

I suppose because it's the best performance on here in my opinion and people don't discuss Party too much.

Pet Sounds: Pet Sounds

This album is so universally loved that it's surprising how this choice was easy.  I find the title track to be considered lesser by some, but I've always really liked it.  It's not achingly beautiful, but it's got a nice groove and some very interesting instrument sounds.

Smiley Smile: Little Pad

Trippy and kind of disjointed, but each section has a minimalist beauty to it.  I'm particularly fond of Carl singing wordless vocals to what sounds like a ukulele.

Wild Honey: Here Comes the Night

Brian and a bass make this song bouncy as can be and it's easily the definitive version of this song IMO.

Friends: Transcendental Meditation

A lot of people seem to have issues with this one.  Although it is jarring, being on the end it doesn't end up disrupting anything.  Also dig the sax solo.

20/20: The Nearest Faraway Place

Unless I'm forgetting something, this is last real Beach Boys instrumental.  Maybe not up to Brian's best, but I think it sounds quite appealing and not as sugary as it could have been.

Sunflower: Deirdre

Tears in the Morning is too much for me, but Deirdre manages to get the right balance of sweetness.  The Brian involvement probably helps matters.  The chorus on this is so joyous.

Surf's Up: A Day in the Life of A Tree

It was either this or Feet, but this one is the better song.  A lot of people don't like Rieley singing it but I honestly don't mind at all.  It build to the ending is phenomenal to me.

Carl and the Passions "So Tough": Here She Comes

If I wanted to show the Beach Boys as a 70's rock band to someone, this would be one track I might show.  Nice guitar solo and piercing bassline.  Sounds like a cross between the Eagles and the Band.

Holland: Steamboat

Tough choice on Holland as I don't see any consistent opinions on songs except maybe Sail On Sailor.  I like this long and slow song, especially thanks to a unique backing track and petty background vocals.

15 Big Ones: In the Still of the Night

Dennis in his rough but appealing voice mixed with a shockingly nice Brian falsetto make for the second best cover on the album after Just Once In My Life.

Love You: Let's Put Our Hearts Together

People don't seem to like this one like the other side 2 ballads, but the hoarse Brian is still quite endearing to me and the song underneath contains his usual songwriting sensibilities.

M.I.U. Album: Match Point of Our Love

Probably the easiest choice in this thread as some people hate this one with a passion.  I often say that I usually don't care about lyrics, and what remains after that is an amazingly clear-voiced Brian and a decent melody.

L.A. (Light Album): Love Surrounds Me

I don't think any song is underrated here (though a few may be overrated).  This is less praised of the great Dennis songs though, and it's fantastic.

Keepin' the Summer Alive: Livin' With a Heartache

The country vibes to this one may be offputting to some.  For me the great Carl vocal and few hooks here and there make it for me.

The Beach Boys: It's Gettin' Late

Where I Belong gets a fair amount of credit, but I think this one almost reaches it.  A powerful Carl lead makes this song really cook.

Still Cruisin': Kokomo

There's a backlash to it, probably partially due to its huge success and enduring popularity.  I think it's still an enjoyable for what it is, especially with the Carl choruses.  In My Car gets the honourable mention as I've always liked it and was the last real Brian contribution to the band until TWGMTR.

Summer in Paradise: Lahaina Aloha

Even though it's usually regarded as the best on the album, this album is so maligned and most of the other songs deserve their reputation.

Stars and Stripes Vol. 1: Caroline, No

While obviously not superior to the original, it's clear they put a lot of work into this one compared to, say, 409.  The added harmonies allow the listener to hear something new on the song.  Moreover, Timothy B. Schmit delivers a great vocal that allows this to most closely resemble to the original.

The Smile Sessions: Wonderful

Probably my toughest call as fans tend to love Smile from beginning to end.  But this is one of my absolute favourite songs and more than any other stands far above its originally released version.

That's Why God Made the Radio: Daybreak Over the Ocean

I think most of the sentiments on this one are very fair, so this was tough as well.  I chose this not because I think it matches the first three or last three tracks by any means, but because the vocals are good and this one seems to be lumped in with Beaches in Mind and perhaps Bill and Sue.  I think it's a notch above those if nothing else.

Surfin' Surfari--Cuckoo Clock (especially the drums on the chorus)

Surfin' USA--Stoked (just...cool)

Surfer Girl--Surfers Rule (take that, Four Seasons!  ;D)

Little Deuce Coupe--No-Go Showboat (I always get an adrenaline rush from this one)

All Summer Long--We'll Run Away (beautiful)

Christmas Album--Merry Christmas Baby (catchy and hard to get out my head come Christmas time)

Today!--She Knows Me Too Well (like a signpost for Pet Sounds)

Summer Days (and Summer Nights)--Summer Means New Love (Brian was great w/ moody instrumentals like this one)

Party!--The Times They Are-A Changin' (while Dylan was and is one of the greats, it's good to hear the BBs having fun w/ his songs instead of taking the usual "earnest" approach)

Pet Sounds--Here Today (I always felt this could have been a single)

The Smile Sessions--Song for Children (mostly for the harpsichord)

Smiley Smile--Little Pad (goofy and drugged-out, but effective)

Wild Honey--How She Boogalooed it ("S-O-C-K I-T to me," indeed!)

Friends--Diamond Head (see my comments on "Summer Means New Love")

20/20--Be With Me (Dennis had a gift like no other)

Sunflower--Tears in the Morning ("Disney Girls" is my favorite Bruce song, but this isn't far behind)

Surf's Up--Take A Load Off Your Feet (goofy, but catchy)

So Tough--He Come Down (great gospel sound on the chorus)

Holland--The Beaks of Eagles (intriguing and imaginative)

15 Big Ones--A Casual Look (one of the better cover versions on that album)

Love You--Airplane (nice changes in tempo and vocalists which shows that Brian still "had it")

MIU--Match Point of Our Love (the lyrics are sophomoric, but Brian sounds relaxed and natural, and the melody is hard to beat)

LA--Sumahama (something about the melody has always moved me, and Mike singing in Japanese is pretty cool)

KTSA--Livin' With A Heartache (verses are so-so, but the chorus is dang catchy)

BB 85--It's Gettin' Late (soulful performance from Carl)

Still Cruisin'--Somewhere Over Japan (better than most of the songs on SC that were chosen for singles)

SIP--Lahina Aloha (not bad)

TWGMTR--Shelter (one of Brian's great "comforting" songs)
