It appears this release is tracked the same as the circulating video, starting halfway through Lady Lynda.

I think there's only 13 songs shown in the video out of 21 songs that were originally in the set. Carl looked terrible and it seems like he's on Smack. A few days before the ill-fated 3/14/78 show in Perth. What's cool is that Brian plays bass on Heroes & Villains! One of the other highlights of course is Dennis singing "You Are So Beautiful". You can almost feel the tension between the band members on this thing. A few clips from this gig are on YouTube. It's cool to see the old sidemen - Carter, Figueroa, Hinsche, Munoz, Lloyd, and Peeler.
