If there is not enough pre-sales then confirming the show will be too risky for some promoters, as they could end up in a big loss since they need to cover the expenses anyway. No artist wants to publicize poor sales, hence the studio story (I'd be very glad to be proven wrong). And, btw, I'm one of the Scandinavian disappointed friends. |
