Apologies for off topic post I've posted a link to my new song on the music page, http://smileysmile.net/board/index.php/topic,11069.0.html But wanted to apologise for shamelessly plugging my version of Surfs Up by pretending I was someone other than myself. You know how it is. I was chased off this board with my tail between my legs for saying I thought Phil Spector was innocent. I came back a few months later when SMiLE was announced, as Iron-Horse Apples. I will continue to be Iron-Horse Apples as I've grown rather attached to him. Maybe my honesty will prompt others to reveal their true identity (come on AGD, that's not your real name, is it? I dunno, though, with the SMiLE logo and all.......it's like at that point they were starting to shake the surfing image......the artwork almost doesn't belong on the surf board. Must have been some young thing in the Capitol Marketing department that came up with that. Maybe "The Beach Boys" without the word SMiLE on it would be neater. Now how many people are gonna drop 6K for it? And the SMiLE light-up box. That would be neat to have, but not for 7 bills.....
