It seems to be that there is a clear attempt to keep the info on SMiLE restricted to the US. Not only no (reliable) European retailer has any info on the release yet, but the video was also blocked for non-US viewers on Amazon. I wouldn't be surprised if Amazon got an exclusive deal to be the first ones to have it up for orders. Even assuming someone would re-upload the video in some other place, it seems that somebody is monitoring these pages too closely so the newly uploaded video would probably somehow disappear in a zip again.
