Title: I Can Hear Music / California Girls Post by: kwan_dk on June 07, 2011, 02:08:22 PM I'm in a group called the Surf School Dropouts and while we were gathered at our rehearsal space the other day we decided to do impromptu live takes of these two songs. It was basically just done for the fun of it and to see if we could do the harmonies on the top of our heads without any prior rehearsal. When I read your reply it occured to me that my initial post might be construed as if we magically could sing those two songs without ever having rehearsed them! ;D I wish we were that good, but no; what I meant was, that we hadn't sung them that evening before quickly recording those vids. We just wanted to see if we still remembered the voices from earlier get-togethers. We should have recorded 'Surfer Girl' though. That one we can harmonise in our sleep by now. :) |
