I told the POLICE what happened and you know what, they didn't care what he and his girlfriend did! They made it clear to me, that's not their problem. My Brother will be fine, it's only a mistermeter. The cops don't care enough to even listen. I'm glad I back off the girl or I would have been in jail, the only difference is, my brother never been in trouble before, I on the other hand have had violence offences in my past. So we both payed the price, As I said, Enough already. My ex got his and my brother will be fine, probation..big deal. I was on probation most of my life. We took care of the problem. It's over. Now laugh it off and go on.
