Title: Pandora Radio--great matches Post by: punkinhead on March 18, 2011, 09:50:05 AM At work, here at school, I can't get to a lot of sites, but fortunately Pandora is legit...so I've got it going for me...with having BW, BB on there, I thought it was enough, then I wanted some DW-solo stuff, so I've got a station added for that, then...sometimes they play some great stuff I already knew but pair it with a station/artist I wouldn't even thought of. Such as: the Dennis Wilson station played: Gary Jules' Mad World...I thought it was so fitting, the downbeat tune, the piano and unsure/underrated voice.
I also added a station for Harry Nilsson, Pink Floyd, Van Dyke Parks, the Byrds, Beatles, and Linus of Hollywood (great mix of tunes!)....if only my 2nd-graders knew what great music their teacher was playing during class, haha. |
