Ok, without wanting to go off on some tangent, to all those voting for and complaining about Dennis' CATP songs:
Make It Good isn't supposed to be a conventional song, it's supposed to be something different and unique, a mood piece. So feel free not to like it, but please no more 'it's not even a proper song'.
Cuddle Up is supposed to be big and epic, you're supposed to lose yourself in it. Again, it's Dennis doing something unique. Shouldn't that be something to be embraced? Marcella may be great, but it's Brian on auto-pilot - Dennis was striving for something different.

I will stand with Cuddle Up this round if it survives to the run-off. Being a Prog fan for years I like epic tunesmithery like this. Hey Hey Mar-cellla cant compare. Or any of its other incarnations.

Hey Little Tomboy is creepy. Banging women by the pool is fun and conjures up warm summer thoughts a Beach Boys song should.

Carl and the Passions – "So Tough" is the eighteenth studio album by American rock band The Beach Boys, released on May 15, 1972. Initial pressings of the album included Pet Sounds as a bonus record. The album is frequently considered a transitional album for the band, with the addition of Blondie Chaplin and Ricky Fataar on guitar and drums, respectively, and long-time member Bruce Johnston departing during its initial sessions. It's been speculated that Carl and the Passions – "So Tough" was either scheduled to be released, or re-released, as a single album. A Warner/Reprise catalogue number, MS 2090, had been assigned to this single disc release, but nothing came of it. The album was released as a standalone album in Europe on Reprise Records. The title of the album was a reference to an early band Carl Wilson had been in as a teenager. It was also the first album released under a new deal with Warner Bros. that allowed the company to distribute all future Beach Boys product in foreign as well as domestic markets. Welcome back to the a new round of BEACH BOYS SURVIVOR. Remember to be respectful of others opinions. Please don't spam the thread with too much opinionating (a little is ok ).... and without further ado... There She Went. VOTE OFF YOUR LEAST FAVORITE TRACK!!! Tally on February 21st!!! You Need a Mess of Help to Stand Alone Marcella Make It Good All This Is That Cuddle Up Round#1 - Hold On Dear Brother February 13 Round#2 - He Come Down February 17 Round#3 - Here She Comes February 19 My least favorite is... Marcella. As someone stated, it is Brian on autopilot.

Marcella.
'Brian in Autopilot' is a good definition. I almost don't listen to the album version at all. I prefer the rockin' live version ('73).

You Need A Mess Of Help
Love the 'she don't, she don't, she don't know' section - the rest I just really like.
