...the legendary Motown Man passed away at age 65. Jotting down his achievements here could in theory overload the Smileysmile-server, so I'll refrain from that. But do post your personal favourites of course.

Mine: 'Daddy Was A Rolling Stone' and 'I Heard It Through The Grapevine' (the latter being honoured by scribe Dave Marsh as the best single ever made, in its interpretation by Marvin Gaye).
