Thanks! Yeah I think it's all from those three and a bit from the Lost Concert DVD.
The footage on Endless Harmony of the European Tour (1968?) is priceless, real natural candid stuff. I wanted to include Al reading 'the Return of the King' on the train but couldn't fit it in. There's something that amuses me about Al reading the Lord of the Rings, maybe it's his slightly hobbit-ish stature.
