What about Smiles, Vibes And Harmony? That's the only BB tribute worth a damn, to my ears.

There should be a proper review thread for Songs From Here and Back.

You may laugh, but it's not what it would seem. It had Jeff Foskett, Darian Sahanaja doing vocals and it was produced by Mark Linett. The only thing that makes it Disney is that Mikey, Minnie, and Goofy introduce the tracks in a ridiculous manner ("We sure need some help getting all this stuff to the beach! I know, let's ask Rhonda!"), and there's like two or three kids singing along with the high parts.

To view my video documentation of my Beach Boys collection go to www.youtube.com/justinplank "Someone needs to tell Adrian Baker that imitation isn't innovation." -The Real Beach Boy ~post of the century~ "Well, you reached out to me too, David, and I'd be more than happy to fill Bgas's shoes. You don't need him anyway - some of us have the same items in our collections as he does and we're also much better writers. Spoiled brat....." -Mikie "in this online beach boy community, I've found that you're either correct or corrected. Which in my mind is all in good fun to show ones knowledge of their favorite band."- punkinhead

I agree that "Songs from here & back" should be there. Also "Symphonic sounds : Music of the Beach Boys" from the late 90s.

Can we review bootlegs? As long as we don't tell anybody where to find them. It could be a nice resource for the fan who wants a little bit more than the regular studio albums.

I just bought a DVD called "The Beach Boys - Live Rarities". How about adding that one to the list?
