Just wondering what with the amazing AD Smile getting well deserved praise. Is there a danger of people who post up fam mixes being banned or worse, Or is there a "blind eye" take as long as it's not being made for profit?. I'm going to be playing around with the SS box set this weekend and I don't wanna upset anyone.

People have been posting their fanmixes nonstop since the box was released. People continue to do so. no one has worried about this yet. do the math.

I only asked cause my youtube channel was taken down by Beach Boys plc & Ricky Gervais plc. I suppose it was the fact that my own fan mixes could of been viewed and heard by anyone rather than a fan who would seek out any titbits (if that makes sense??).
Most of the Beach Boys insiders now started out as fans swapping bootlegs making fanmixes etc etc.
