Love and Mercy (the movie) had quite a few funny bits.
"Uncle Murry's here - quick, hide the pot!" (sudden frenetic activity ensues)
That was good. The part that had me laughing the most was during the Good Vibrations sessions. Brian is teaching the cello players how to play while Mike's in the control room. Brian "Play it more like this. Chuga chuga chuga." Mike (stands up) "THEY'RE GOING CHUGA CHUGA CHUGA. THEY'VE BEEN DOING IT FOR TWO HOURS!!!"

Mike Love: "This next song is the only song we do on a personal appearance a Capella. Which means nude!"

Mike: "Bruce won a Grammy in 1974 (pause for applause), but it was for writing Barry Manilow's biggest hit!!"

Brian's "I went to the bathroom and masturbated" comment had me in hysterics.

Group interview on a bed in France around 70 or 71: Dennis says something about their audience being anywhere from 16 (pointing at himself) to 60 (pointing at Mike)! Always makes me laugh!

That's my favorite right there. Though there is plenty of unintentional humor moments over the years.

I found this one funny just because of the innocence in Brian's answer to Al:
https:/www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPHPYULAS1k
At 3:13 Al asks Brian "wanna listen to me sing?" Brian responds "I've been listening to you for years. 50 years I've been listening to you sing"

I can't seem to find it on Youtube anymore but the clip when they did a promo for an upcoming episode they were to be on for Full House, and a director off camera says to the little Olsen girl, "say hi Beach Boys", and Brian blurts it out. Pretty funny stuff.
Couldn't find the video yet, but here's Drew Carey recounting the moment. He was at the Full House taping that day. https://youtu.be/VJ333IGwm3U?t=1m34sFound it: https://youtu.be/bYlY78seoOQ?t=6m35s

I laughed listening to Surf’s Up the other day when I realized they were singing “Ooh dirty water” instead of “Ooh diddy wadda” in the backgrounds for “Don’t Go Near The Water.” That’s very funny.

Made me chuckle first time I heard it. But then I'm a Brit so I love toilet humour and rude words https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KVVFNdMh_-M
