I have tickets to see Mike and the band in Saratoga California  on 7-18 at the Mountain Winery.  I'm looking forward to an arts center type of show, rather than a large venue/casino type show.   Is the band still mixing it up for different venues?

(Jan and I would love a word or pm from Scott before the show   Wink   )

I saw them in May at the Honeywell center in Indiana and they were great.
Sold out ,enthusiastic crowd . Mike commented several times about how nice the building was and how ood the acoustics were. (he might say that at every show...ha)  I think he was surprised ,because Wabash Indiana is a basically small farm town.

I recently received a setlist from a recent show that included Bluebirds Over The Mountain.  I'd love to hear that live.

Boo! Hiss! These guys aren't the real deal, man!

They're starting to play Bluebirds Over The Mountain again...that's a good sign. They haven't done that since the winter 2004 UK tour.

I'm a fan of these guys.  I go to see Mike or Brian any time I can.  I'd go see the AL shows or the post Jan Berry Allstars at the drop of a hat as well, if they were anywhere remotely near my whereabouts on a given night.

This is  ALL good.  All quality shows with great talent and original members.   Its all a hardcore fan  has to hang onto these past 12 years.

Maybe, before too long, we'll see a coming together of some of the key players.  That too would be good.

I just saw Mike and Bruce a few days ago in Dublin.

Was an amazing sold out show with the crowd dancing for most the the show.

It's was also Bruce's birthday that night and he sang a beautiful version on Disney Girls, which was my girlfriends favourite song of the night.

Some girl sang Sail on, think it was Mike's granddaughter, it was awesome. Bringing all the young kids on stage for Babara Ann was amazing, really shows how The Beach Boys are loved by all generations. Young girls and boys in Beach Boys hoodies is the coolest thing ever.

Anyway great show, not as good as Brian last year, but still amazing.

Well done Mike and Bruce.

BTW, The hot chick at the side of stage Mike was dancing with, is that his wife? wow. Go Mike

The girl who sang "Sail On Sailor" is Ambha, Mike's daughter. She did it in Målilla, Sweden, too, and totally nailed it.
