Title: Re: Rocky Pamplin book on the Beach Boys revisited Post by: Reynaldo on October 25, 2018, 10:53:31 AM I was watching the reelz channel "Breaking Up the Band" episode on The Beach Boys and saw both Stan Love and Rocky played by actors in a dramatization of the incident when they "visited" Dennis Wilson and actually beat Dennis up.

Time to "out" myself here. I ended up co-authoring Rocky Pamplin's book. It was a long, strange journey for that to happen, but the book is for Sale on Amazon. It's titled "The Beach Boys' Endless Wave" and it's pretty darn good if I do say so. Why wouldn't I, right? Happy to answer questions about the process if anyone wishes and I can get a discount via the publisher for the site. This site is special, after all. I'm a newbie to this posting deal, so I'm not too sure what's what. I got involved with Rocky a couple of years back when I read his original manuscript titled WIPEOUT. Lots happened. I helped him find a publisher, who brought on an editor and then I eventually took a pass at it after quite a lot of trials and tribulations. Now it's out there on Amazon, titled THE BEACH BOYS' ENDLESS WAVE. Indulge me if you will, check out the Amazon page, scroll down to read the back cover copy, and let me know what you think. Ha.
