"Brianista" seems to be the term coined for Brian-fanatics (am I right in that assumption?). I haven't seen terms coined for the other BB's, so here are my suggestions: Brianistas Dennisites Carlatans Lovers Alians Brucians

Dennisites Carlatans Lovers Alians Brucians
I know Al - Alien, Carl - Charlatans etc., but I didn't get "Brucians" & "Dennisites", they are wordplays on what? And how about David, Ricky & Blondie? The whole band fanatics should be called Beachbandits?

"Alian" and "Carlatan" only constitute as wordplay phonetically (no underlying meaning intended), and that's the best I could think of for Bruce and Dennis--any other suggestions? Oh, and: Marksists Blondes Rickies

Bruce jHANDStons - those preferring a brisk walk past you rather than a pleasant greeting.

I've been a life long Bruce Johnstoner.
Fun Fact: The original title for his contribution to the 1985 album was "She Believes in Kush Again".

On our way through this "backstage" maze, Bruce joined up with the group and said hello, singing "It Never Rains in Southern California" and joking with some of the older ladies. I'm not sure if they knew he was a Beach Boy or simply an enthusiastic elderly gay gentleman.

I just saw 35 minutes of the televised "Campfire" segments from 1989. I somehow hadn't seen that before and was blown away by how good it was and how funny and nice everyone seemed towards each other during what I imagine was just one of many turbulent times for the band. I wasn't able to find a full discussion about the segments(have a headache and need sleep, so maybe I missed something staring me directly in the face) so I was wondering if someone could kindly direct me to a discussion on that topic or perhaps discuss it here. Also, were any of the members in later interviews asked to give their reflections about this part of their story? Maybe some people who were at the taped segments have told some interesting stories? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZylusEw-68 Campfire segment starts at 1:05:46

Mine too ! I also would choose "Dennisen" over "Dennisite" and think "Rastafataarian" is great too. Nope. Chorus goes... Skatetown, Skatetown USAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA Come and get your wheels on Right away 'Cause Skatetown, Skatetown Sure is fun Them groovy little wheels Are gonna get me some Scariest thign about this - I've not heard the song for, oh, over a decade (by choice) and I can still remember the chorus without any thought. This trait does make you uncanny...

Random question: Did Keith Badman release a new copy of his book that didn't contain the session musician's SSN?
Apparently so - not seen one myself but I have it from reliable sources that there are copies of his book out there with the SSNs whited out. Will he do a 2nd volume for say: 1978-1998?
Highly unlikely... but never say no. So years later, after asking, do we think Keith Badman has it in him to do that second volume? I think with the release of the BB Concert book (Ian R/Jon S), and their CORRECT published information and proving Badman wrong, it may have made Mr Badman a little less legit in writing a new book. But idk, I muscled would prolly read a new volume if put out.

You don't need him anyway - some of us have the same items in our collections as he does and we're also much better writers. Brian's performance of 'In My Car' is a little hard to watch... The leather pants make yet another appearance. And the way he walks back and forth you can tell he is very nervous.
