The 1971 Central Park concert was filmed - it was in 1971, wasn't it? footage is available on youtube.

The group were also filmed playing in Houston in Feb 1978 and this footage was used in American Band. The scene where Brian sings "In My Room" onstage comes from this show-though the film pretends that the footage is from 1976 and uses it to show Brian's comeback
Was it the whole show?
Thanks for all the infos, again, guys. When I get home on the weekend I'll see if I can fill the list. As I don't have much time at the moment, I can't promise anything though

There is sure a lot of footage out there if the powers that be could get together and allow it to happen.

You are missing the footage from Good Vibrations in London filmed in June 1972 at a concert and aired on TV

You are also missing the Dec 8 1970 app at the Gaumont in Paris- probably the best concert TV app by the BBs ever-in my opinion. Six songs from the concert were seen in the TV show-and it is, or was on Youtube. The songs that Keith Badman lists, however, are not altogether correct. They did not play Vegetables and he omitted-Country Air, Riot in Cell Block and It's About Time

How could I forget that one, really a great concert with great Al vocals and Carl in top form.
BTW We should add 1988 Mesa too.

There is a great concert from 1988 that is a pro shot. I can't remember where it's from though. I think it was Arizona. It was on YouTube, but the guy that had it was suspended. Carl sang a great version of Forever at the show.

Hey, I have a question. Is the July 4th 1981 show circulating? I know that a few clips were shown in American Band and Endless Harmony, but is the whole show circulating like the July 5th show?

That was the Mesa one, I mentioned. I have that too and it's cool with songs like Wendy, Sail On Sailor and This Whole World.
On my Long Beach recording there is footage of the July 4th 1981 concert too, so I am pretty sure they recording everything but it's not circulating.

Hey Rocker, in the interest of being a completist - you're still leaving the '78 New Zealand show off your list:

The 1989 Endless Summer concert footage was shot in May, 1989 (Sunday of Memorial Day weekend) at the Pacific Amphitheater in Costa Mesa, CA. It was the second night of the BB/Chicago 1989 tour.

I might be wrong here, but I think the guys played Michigan at the Pontiac Silverdome one year in the late 70's . And if I remember correctly, all shows had cameras showing the concert on a bigscreen. I wouldn't even know who to ask or get any imput on this. Wouldn't it also be a good idea to see if there were any shows filmed of Carl's solo tour too ??

I guess that wouldn't count as a concert. More like a TV-appearance or something, but thanks for mentioning it. I liked that one.

I don't think that any Carl-shows were filmed, but fortunately there were some radio-broadcasts, which means that recordings are there in a good quality.
If they use cameras for a big screen I don't think it means that the shows are also recorded, does it?
Anyone remembers when the AVO-session by Mike & Bruce in swiss was? And what about Brian's Smile and Pet Sounds-concerts? How many were filmed and which ones? Couldn't find an answer in the booklets.
EDIT: Thanks to Christian !

Seattle Washington 12-75 is around. It's not great quality but it was filmed off the monitors or perhaps by local news. Jumpin Jack Flash and Take Care Of Your Feel are in the set.

There is also some footage from the Civic Arena in Pittsburgh from 1982. Parts of Darlin' and Wouldn't It Be Nice were shown during a broadcast of PM Magazine. Neither Brian or Dennis were there.
