You are correct. Am I or a mod able to change the thread title?
BTW, I posted these gigantic images because they are so historically significant. At least to me, anyhow.

Great. Is there a photographer credit on these? Source?

Significant, and also informative. This is the era during which Brian Wilson was writing things like "When I Grow Up to Be a Man" and "She Knows Me Too Well" and "Please Let Me Wonder," among others, and those kids were the intended audience.

You can change the title when you modify your very first post in this thread.
Thanks for posting this, man! Where did you get these pictures?
I wish that somebody would do a picture book from the "striped shirt" years, 1963-1967. There must be some incredible pictures out there, like the ones posted here.
Also interesting to note that Al and Glen shared bass and guitar duties.

a diseased bunch of mo'fos if there ever was one… their beauty is so awesome that listening to them at their best is like being in some vast dream cathedral decorated with a thousand gleaming American pop culture icons.

To sum it up, they blew it, they blew it consistently, they continue to blow it, it is tragic and this pathological problem caused The Beach Boys' greatest music to be so underrated by the general public.
