It really is kind of funny in the sense that "Gee But I'm Lonesome" is pretty much the only Bruce Johnston-esque song on the album, and in all the others he's portraying himself the hip young leader of a rockin' frat party band, with varying degrees of success. At least half the songs have the same blues chord progression.
