I'm really gonna stick my neck out, I gave this album a 5. I don't care how bad the album sounds, it's a great, raw, rockin' live album.

Hell yes. A real jam-party album. Throw it on when you have a party. I do and it gets everyone dancin'. 5.

If you can find it, Ian, search for the unedited tape of this concert. It's much better quality, and runs for almost an hour. Much better listen.

Really funny and horrible at the same time. Hearing Bruce do Ray Charles is really hysterical and worth the $7 I bought the CD of this for.

I give it 2 as well - thankfully I got it for free  ;D

I usually like Bruce's work, but... Not this.

I'll give it a three. It really is kind of funny in the sense that "Gee But I'm Lonesome" is pretty much the only Bruce Johnston-esque song on the album, and in all the others he's portraying himself the hip young leader of a rockin' frat party band, with varying degrees of success. At least half the songs have the same blues chord progression.

I wonder who the rest of the band was.

I'm very surprised at how good this live album is. In fact it's a favourite now!
I say this is a must-get for anyone interested. The covers are rockin', and the quality isn't too bad.
4 out of 5.
