Thoughts on Foster The People?

I'm really into the song "Pumped Up Kicks," but haven't ventured any further into their output.

And since the posters here obviously have good taste with The Beach Boys, as well as pretty good taste outside their music, I'd like some of your opinions as to whether it would worth it to check out more of their music.

All I've heard is Pumped Up Kicks, it's a pretty damn catchy MGMT ripoff. And I love MGMT. (Unrelated Factoid: The keyboard player from MGMT grew up in the town next to me...I've never actually met the guy, but I have a friend who used to work with him.)

I'll have to check out MGMT. I hadn't heard about the likenesses of the two, but if they are similar in sound, I'm interested.

And, its funny how local we find out stars are/were to us sometimes.
