That drawing reminds me a bit of the cartoon drawings of  Ralph Steadman or John Callahan.  Callahan's drawings and one liners were the epitomy of politically incorrect.

Us Brits also used the term 'pissed off'. You Americans have simply condensed the phrase to 'pissed'.

Although, don't you use the term 'pissed' to describe drunk?

Indeed, but then we have a vast dictionary when it comes to being drunk such as shitfaced, fuckfaced, mullered, wankered, bladdered, tanked, 3 sheets to the wind and Ollied. The Irish probably have at least 50 more.
