I can't understand what the narrator says at 1:47 approximately, when the California Republic flag is shown.
They are two words, but I have no idea of their meaning.
Anybody knows?

The words the narrator is saying are "Act one, scene one". Which loosely could be translated to mean "Chapter one, page one" or in fact the very beginning. I hope this helps.
