It's likely that was a Celebration peformance, as the bassist on the right is Doc Robinson, whose only association with Mike was in that short-lived group.  Lloyd also was part of the group.

For what it's worth, Mike, Ed, and Doc are wearing Celebration "Almost Summer" T-shirts. Wasn't Mike thin back in '78. Thanks for the photo, astroray!
