Somewhere in South Carolina a postcard

Here we are. Christmas over. Young obnoxious adult Children abandoned many, many miles away. Enjoying bars and music in an off season little beach town south of Charleston SC.. Particular favorite is the Surf Bar. Side street, on a 6 block wide barrier island, good funky rough atmosphere, small, warm, and instead of foootball, showing footage of vintage surfing on a big screen. Pic of Dick Dale on the wall. And these crazy surfers outside of my surfside shack surfing all day in 60 degree water. I might have bloody mary and scrambled eggs tomorrow morning and just hang out for a day or two. And think about next year, next year.
