Does anyone think there is a chance of Brian doing another world tour of Smile?

"Smile Again" would have the tracks from smile and all the associated albums through to "Cool, Cool Water"

Would be good to see.

I would guess: no. Sorry for you, but for two reasons: many, many fans have seen the shows at least twice, bought all accompanying paraphernalia, and so on. And I have this hunch that Brian himself wouldn't like the idea.

It is a costly affair (ask AGD), and the risk of playing half-full houses is just too high. Which would detract from the experience considerably.

But... for you, I'm keeping my fingers crossed, then.

In 2004, Brian's team could "use" the SMiLE songs to produce an album and to give them something to tour. There wasn't much left in Brian's catalogue to perform that could get that type of attention.

It's hard to believe that BWPS is already over five years old; I don't think it would get the hype or attention that it once did. Therefore, it wouldn't translate into ticket sales. So, no, I wouldn't expect to see it performed again.

Yeah it makes me sad that I missed out on seeing SMiLE - I didn't become a fan until the back end of '05 you see Cry So I'm with you carl r in that it would be cool if it happened - but the chances of it happening are almost zero in my opinion.
