According to this article, they are now "The Beach Boys Band".  But the tickets still say "The Beach Boys"...

Mike and Bruce are the Beach Boys because Mike's license says so.

Not too long ago, Brian, Mike and Al were in court and they came to an agreement. But I don't think it was made public what it is. Maybe this is the cause for the different announcements...?

You could very well be onto something, Rocker.  If Al's next gig is build similarly to Brian's, then I'd say that's it.

Wow -- this is somewhat unexpected. But on the other hand, BW's camp clearly wants to roll him out for annual summer dates, and this will make it somewhat easier.
