why, it's the famous The Lysol, of course. It was frontman Waccy Baccy E. Coli, who reportedly suffered so much from contamination fears (OCD), that he ran ten times naked through a car wash before each show, and then after showtime had sex with a couple of groupies in a bath filled with insecticides. Needless to say he wore 5 condoms strapped over one another.

I remember that there was actually a punk bank called The Bleach Boys in the 70's.

Their first single was called "Chloroform".
