Does anyone know if it is possible to buy these bonus tracks anywhere by themselves without having to buy the whole album again at an inflated Import price?

Was this ever on CD as an import?  I thought it was an iTunes exclusive with purchase of the album...

As for the other tracks, I haven't seen them available separately, sorry.

We *really* need a site like BBCentral was gonna be, where we can buy these tracks (as well as the TLOS bonuses) a la carte.

It was done with Wendy and Carnie, Brian did background vox.  I think Wendy took the lead.  Been a long time since I heard the track.
