...why was the 'damaged'-thread taken off? I can't locate it anymore, and since, um, I cracked a fairly good tongue-in-cheek joke in it, I'd like to... er... never mind.

After a few responses it was clear to everybody that it was a cheap way to spam around here. And - yeah, you're right - we could've decided to leave it here and make (more) fun of it. But usually we remove these kind of topics.

But off course if you want we can continue discussing it here, no problem.

Oh no, it's more that OK. You made the right decision. It was just that I didn't really 'get' the spam-idea behind it.

It was somebody who created more than one account to hype up their own music, rather than posting it in the forum where we can, you  know, hype up our own music.

Yeah I noticed that. But the question is, why on earth would they keep trying to promote their music on a Beach Boys forum? Aren't they metal or something? (I never bothered to click on the link obviously) I'm not saying Beach Boys fans can't like metal, but it's not the ideal place in my opinion... unless they are going around to EVERY music forum on the web!!
