I tried emailing the guy who created the "Last Smile Of the Pied Piper" fan-mix, and got this wacked-out response:

"im afraid im not allowed to talk about the pied piper
as much as it was a most interesting phase in my life
ive locked the door on it
its all mish mash unlreleased and rare stuff
that was a hobby project only
when eye was putting it together
i often get all the information eye needed from
the smile shop message board
eye dont visit brian wilson or beach boys message boards anymore
but if u were interested in the piper
thats where u might find someone that knows somthing about it"

Does anyone know this guy?  What the hell is his problem??  He's 'not allowed to talk about' something that he made?  WTF?!

The guy's a Aussie speed freak (and we're not talking velocity here) who's been banned from just about every BB MB in creation for posting amphetamine-fuelled drivel. Kinda like smilinjeannie on acid AND crack.

Besides being branded with bad website manners in the past, Brennan's 'Last
SMiLE of the Pied Piper' didn't suck (to answer Lazenby) but is still a fascinating
and disturbing kaleidoscopic soundscape - belonging right up there alongside
Jerry Boyd's 'Life of Brian' volumes:

On a personal note: when we added the finishing touches to the 'dumb angel
meets the Pied Piper'-flick and I discovered the existence of the Pied Piper-CD
and of Brian Chidester's "The Pied Piper from the Faraway Land"-filmproject, I
thought that these guys had beat us to the post, 'till I realised they were based
on very different concepts.
All Alex asks now in his (private) message is that we leave him be!
