Best Buy exclusive TLOS DVD?

Pardon if this has been brought up before...
I was just browsing through the Best Buy site to check if they had posted any audio samples from That Lucky Old Sun, and no, they haven't yet. But, they are advertising a TLOS DVD, and it lists all of the same tracks as the CD. It is listed as a Best Buy exclusive, with a price of $14.99 (and no list price listed). They are also listing the CD/DVD combo, with the 'making of TLOS' DVD, which clocks in at under 30 minutes, and the vinyl version, but they do not list the single CD version. Do you think this DVD listing is actually a misprint, really supposed to say CD? Or are they offering a DVD of the full concert?
P.S. They also show a 'new' TLOS CD/DVD cover, with the oranges and all, but with some promo printed on the left hand side.

At first glance I thought maybe it was a misprint and should be the regular CD, especially since it uses the same cover art in the same dimensions. But then I noticed the "Best Buy Exclusive" and then thought there's more than meets the eye there, since to the best of my knowledge the regular CD is the "standard issue" as it were and the deluxe CD/DVD set is a "limited edition".
Curiouser and curiouser, and naturally I ordered a copy

If the Beatles had suffered this kind of misrepresentation, they would have never got past singing 'Please Please Me' and 'I Wanna Hold Your Hand' and leaping around in Beatle suits."
