That's a great album. If you like cryptic fairy tale music, you'll love "Beyond a Shadow of a Doubt." It's essential to the Usher collection, as it's perhaps the last great thing he ever did.
In the early to mid-'60s, Gary did a lot of singles and exploitation albums, but the most important were his Superstocks and Hondells albums. So much great material on those, vocal and instrumental. His genius really shines. For the second half of the '60s, I think his Sagittarius project (with Curt Boettcher) and his productions for the Byrds... that's the best of Usher for the psychedelic era. And his Byrds productions are truly undervalued, in terms of Gary's contributions.
