Before I became a fan of the band I seem to vaguely remember a version of Paul & Brian doing God Only Knows together. I may be way off the mark but does anyone know what I'm talking about? And no it definitely was NOT the 'Adopt A Minefield' performance they did together. If anyone has any idea, where can I find this version? Sorry about the vagueness of the whole post Embarrassed

Never heard another GOK duet of the two beside Minefield 2002. Perhaps in 2000, when Sir Macca introduced Brian in the Songwriter Hall Of Fame? When did you become a fan?

And here's another one for the Beatles vs. Beach Boys freaks:

Today! was released in the UK in April 1966.
The Beatles answered in the States with their album Yesterday ...and Today in June.

I became a fan in late 2005. I'm guessing that I am remembering wrong, maybe it was just a dream? Cheesy

Keep on dreaming, it's a good dream.
Perhaps next Friday, when Paul is rumored to show up at Brian's New York Concert?
In my dreams, they would sing "Vega-Tables" together, with Paul chewing a carrot on stage.

I hope they don't do that, because I was thinking of going to that concert but decided against it. If Paul McCartney shows up, I'm going to be so pissed I wasn't there.

Then drink a drink to Lily the Pink.
With all the unfulfilled McCartney announcements in the recent past, I doubt he will be there. But Vince Gill should be.

Well, it's a good thing I don't like Pure Prairie League nearly as much as I like the Beatles.
