Brian/Dennis colaboration

I know that they worked together from time to time, including the brief Cocaine sessions.  But I wish that they could have done a complete collaboration of an album! Or even a Wilson album with Carl.  Perhaps if Brian would work with Mike, Al and Bruce and call that the Beach Boys, then work with Dennis and Carl and call that the Wilsons. I wonder if this arrangement would've been possible in the late 70s.

There was a Wilson Brothers album. It was called Adult/Child. Call it "Adult/Child by The Wilsons with special guests Mike Love and Al Jardine and Bruce Johnston."
